This just in, Chinese smartphone brand iQOO which stands for I Quest On and On, has roped in Indian skipper, Virat Kohli, as its newest and first brand ambassador in India. iQOO is a sub-brand of Vivo in China and has entered the Indian market as a separate entity.
iQOO is all set to launch a 5G smartphone on 25 February and will initially start the sales via online platforms and will later expand to the offline market.

On the association with Virat, said Gagan Arora, director-marketing, iQOO, said, “As a brand, we want to appeal to young, energetic people who are determined to respond to any challenge with aplomb. Virat is the most seamless fit for our brand’s personality, and we are pleased with him being the face of iQOO. We are hopeful that our focus on high performance, innovation, and differentiation in the premium segment is well communicated through the campaigns that we are going to drive with Virat.”
King Kohli will feature in iQOO’s integrated campaign. The first teaser for the brand announcing the mega launch on 25th was released on February 19th.
