Wolverhampton Wanderers FC extend Reconomy partnership

Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, commonly known as Wolves, have announced an extension of their partnership with Reconomy, an international circular economy specialist, for the 2026/27 season.

The partnership, which builds on an association “that dates back over 25 years”, will see Reconomy remain Wolves’ Sustainability Partner for the season.

Reconomy will continue to work with the club on their environmental sustainability goals at their home ground, Molineux Stadium, as well as across other businesses. Reconomy will also continue supporting their charity arm, Wolves Foundation, as well as the Wolverhampton Wanderers women’s team.

Dave Thomson, Head of Partnerships at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, commented:

“Reconomy has been a fantastic partner of the club for many years and we’re delighted to continue that relationship into the 26/27 season.

“Their support last season, including backing Wolves Women during their historic promotion winning campaign, meant a great deal to everyone at the club and we’re looking forward to building on that partnership as we continue to embed sustainability throughout everything we do.”

Kieron Ansell, Head of Business Development for Wolves Foundation, said:

“Having worked closely with Reconomy for over a decade, we’re delighted to be continuing our longstanding relationship with them.

“The team at Reconomy have always been passionate about supporting the communities of Wolverhampton, the Black Country and the wider region – not only through Wolves Foundation but the many number of community projects they support.

“Their critical support of the club’s official charity will undoubtedly enable us to positively impact many lives across the communities we serve, and Wolves Foundation are unreservedly grateful for that support.”

Tony Munro, Marketing Director at Reconomy, added:

“Reconomy are delighted to extend our successful partnership with Wolves for the 2026/27 season. We’ve accomplished a lot together over the years in terms of driving sustainability and more recently, supporting Wolves Women through an incredible promotion campaign.

“We look forward to playing our part in the club achieving its goals for the season ahead, both on the pitch and in the community through the great work of the Wolves Foundation.”
