Cryptocurrency platform joins as the AFA’s main global sponsor.
The Argentina Football Association (AFA) has announced cryptocurrency trading platform Bybit as the main global sponsor for all of its national teams.
The two-year deal will see Bybit try to break into the Latin American market, with its logo set to feature on all of the training apparels of the AFA’s national teams.
Alongside logo visibility, Bybit will also gain digital rights access and branding visibility across the AFA’s various assets.
Speaking about the partnership, Leandro Petersen, AFA’s Commercial and marketing manager, said:
“Adding a brand in the clothing of our teams is very important.
“In these years we have carried out a strategy of commercial and brand growth around the world, opening strategic markets where AFA does not have a presence in, generating various business units to strengthen AFA’s revenues and launching new digital products for fans around the world.”
Claudio Tapia, President of the AFA, commented:
“We know that 2022 will be a very important year due to the skills we have and without a doubt this will give the national team enormous visibility.
“We welcome Bybit to the Argentine Football Association, and appreciate the trust they place in our projects.”
