Tennis Australia has announced a partnership with rideshare platform DiDi, bringing it on board as the Official Rideshare Partner of the Australian Open for its 2026 edition.
The deal will see DiDi work with the Australian Open to help fans reach and leave Melbourne Park over the course of the tournament. The two parties will also work together on various offers for fans, with DiDi looking to enhance the tournament’s night-time atmosphere by providing exclusive rider offers.
The 2026 Australian Open is scheduled to be held between January 18 and February 1, 2026, at Melbourne Park in Melbourne, Victoria.
Cedric Cornelis, Chief Commercial Officer, Tennis Australia, commented:
“Getting to and from Melbourne Park is a big part of the Australian Open experience, and DiDi is a great partner to help make that journey easier and more rewarding for our fans.This partnership [with DiDi] is all about enhancing how people experience the AO, from arriving at the precinct to staying late, enjoying the atmosphere and being part of everything the tournament has to offer.”
