The Australian Open (AO) has renewed its partnership with pharmacy retailer Chemist Warehouse. The new partnership will see Chemist Warehouse continue on as an AO partner of till 2025.

The renewal of the partnership will kick off from the upcoming Australian Open, where Chemist Warehouse will set up a pop-up store on Kids Tennis Day on January 14 and then on all days of the Australian Open from January 16–29 displaying its products. The firm will also host fan engagement activities such as signing the match broadcast screens just like the players.

Cedric Cornelis, Tennis Australia’s Chief Commercial Officer, commented:

We know our tennis fans will be grateful to have a convenient pop-up Chemist Warehouse store on site during the AO to ensure they have everything they need for a fun-filled day at the tennis.

Mario Tascone, Chemist Warehouse Director, said:

At Chemist Warehouse we are excited to continue our partnership with the Australian Open for an additional three years. The Australian Open is the epitome of sportsmanship, spirit, family and wellbeing and perfectly aligns with our brand values and company ethos at Chemist Warehouse.

Over the past three years, we have seen great success in our partnership, and we cannot wait to work together and continue this union over the next three years. Bring on a huge 2023 tournament!
