Belgian football content gets major boost

Eleven Sports signs LIVENow deal.

 

LIVENow, an on-demand streaming service, has signed a partnership deal with Eleven Sports in Belgium to broadcast live Serie A and LaLiga matches in the country on a pay-per-view basis.

The deal will give Belgian football fans much joy and along with watching the best of Spanish and Italian football, they will also be able to purchase a single match pass on LIVENow’s streaming platform for €4.99.

 

Peter Leible, LIVENow’s Head of Sport, commented:

At LIVENow our goal is to offer flexibility to sports fans in how they buy and consume content.

We’re delighted to serve up matches from Spanish and Italian football on a pay-per-view basis.

 

The partnership is set to provide Belgian fans with more flexibility, and the Aser Ventures-owned media brand is set to put the spotlight on the big games. The next big fixture, which is the El Clásico, is already being offered up on PPV, and so is Serie A’s Milan derby (Derby della Madonnina).

The Eleven deal showcases LIVENow’s growing football portfolio, having recently covered the UEFA Euro 2020. LIVENow is, currently, also showing the Premier League via PPV.
