Brands That M.S. Dhoni Has Financially Invested In

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the name which is familiar to almost all of India is not just another cricketing name in the books of Indian cricket. It has become a huge brand that is trending in almost all of the cricketing nations. Former Indian Cricket team Captain M.S. Dhoni despite having retired from international cricket has a pretty huge income apart from his IPL salary. His long list of endorsements and intelligent money investments has helped him retain the number 5 spot in the Forbes India Celebrity 100 list in 2020. Let us take a look at the brands that M.S. Dhoni has made financial investments in.

Seven – The sportswear brand was launched in 2016, and Dhoni was proposed to be the brand ambassador. He also owns the footwear part of the brand.

SportsFit by M.S. Dhoni – The former Indian team skipper is one of the fittest sportspersons in the world of cricket and has a passion for fitness which is also visible as he owns almost 200 gyms all around the country with the name of SportsFit World Pvt. Ltd.

Chennaiyin F.C – Having a special place for football in his heart, Dhoni also owns a part of Indian Super League Club Chennaiyin F.C who have successfully launched their respective campaigns.

Mahi Racing Team India – An avid lover of bikes, Dhoni has always been a fan of all the motorsports and is an owner of a Supersport World Championship team as well.

Ranchi Rays – With Dhoni’s hometown being Ranchi, he also has an investment back in his hometown with ownership of Ranchi based Hockey Club – Ranchi Rays.

Mahi Hotel – The investment which no one really had heard about much was when he bought a one-off hotel in Jharkhand by the name of Hotel Mahi Residency. It doesn’t have any franchises and can only be visited in his home state.

Khatabook – Dhoni has invested an undisclosed sum in accounting services provider, KhataBook. Like its literal meaning in Hindi, the Khatabook app allows small and medium-sized businesses to record and track their business transactions digitally.

With all of these intelligent investments, Dhoni also has had brand associations with a lot of famous names such as Coca-cola, Star, GoDaddy, Bose, Snickers, Videocon, Boost, Orient Electric, NetMeds.
