Following are the organisations serving as sponsors and brand partners to Big Bash League (BBL) franchise Brisbane Heat and enjoying a strong branding presence across the physical and digital assets of their women’s and/or men’s teams, who are participating in the Weber Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) and the KFC Big Bash League, respectively, during the 2023/24 season of the Big Bash.

Formerly known as Credit Union Australia (CUA), Brisbane, Queensland-based Great Southern Bank has been a long-time Principal Partner of the Brisbane Heat, covering both their men’s and women’s teams.
As part of the branding rights, the bank’s logo principally features on the front of the teams’ playing and training shirts.
The latest renewal of the partnership between the two parties was announced in December 2021 and is currently set to run until June 2024.
The Brisbane-headquartered self-storage provider across Australia and New Zealand first joined the Heat’s sponsorship portfolio as their Official Coaching Partner in November 2015 and has remained on their books ever since.
The latest renewal of this partnership was announced in December 2022 for a further two seasons, which sees the National Storage branding placed on the Heat matchday jerseys.
Aichi-headquartered Japanese automotive giant Toyota has been an official sponsor of the Heat since BBL|02. The two parties last announced a renewal of their deal in December 2020.
In the past, Toyota has also served as a matchday shirt sleeve sponsor to the Heat men’s team during BBL|10.
Primo Foods was announced as an Official Sponsor of the Brisbane Heat ahead of the 2022/23 Big Bash season.
The two-year deal sees the brand’s logo appear on the playing cap, helmet, grass signage and training range of both the men’s and women’s teams of the Heat.
Formerly known as Betta Electrical, the Brisbane, Queensland-based Australian home appliances and furniture brand has been the Major Partner of the franchise since BBL|02.
The partnership sees the Betta Home Living logo feature on the front of the Heat playing shirts (chest sponsor). The partnership also entails co-branded fan engagement activities.
The two parties last renewed their partnership in September 2020 on a three-year deal.
Container refund scheme Containers for Change joined the Brisbane Heat as their Official Recycling Partner in January 2023 to push the message regarding the need to recycle to fans.
The scheme sees customers rewarded with a 10-cent refund for eligible bottles and cans. In January 2023, the organisation announced that it had received 5.9 billion drink containers, with about AU$590 million returned to Queenslanders.
The Heat announced their partnership with Australian online travel retailer TripADeal for the ongoing season of the Big Bash.
As part of the deal, TripADeal has its logo featured on the playing pants and training apparel of both the men’s and women’s teams of the Heat, while also holding in-stadium signage rights.
The Heat announced in October 2023 a partnership agreement with Queensland Music Trails, which thus serves as the Presenting Partner for their marquee fixture, the New Year’s Bash.
Queensland Music Trails will look to provide fans with a music festival experience during the event.
Cross River Rail is an ongoing underground railway project in Brisbane. It became an official sponsor of the Brisbane Heat in December 2019.
Apart from branding rights, the deal sees the Heat work with the people working on the Cross River Rail project to help them construct the Woolloongabba Station, the planned station nearest to the Heat men’s team home ground, the Gabba, and make sure that the station provides “the best possible experience” to the fans when they visit the Gabba.
An American fast-food chain and popular burger-serving company all over the globe, KFC has been listed as one of the Official Sponsors of the Heat on their website for the 2023/24 season of the Big Bash.
Australian bottler of non-alcoholic beverages Coca-Cola Amatil has been a long-term partner of the Heat, serving as their official sports and soft drinks supplier.
The last renewal between the two parties was announced in November 2019 — dubbed to be a long-term agreement. Since then, Coca-Cola Amatil has merged with Coca-Cola European Partners to form Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
Australia’s number one free-to-air commercial television network Channel 7 is listed as a Media Partner of the Heat for the ongoing season of the Big Bash on their official website.
A commercial radio station operating out of Brisbane, Queensland, Nova 106.9 has also been listed as a Media Partner of the Heat on their website for the ongoing season of the Big Bash.
The deal, signed in August 2022, sees Nova 106.9 airing interviews with Heat players, running promotions for the franchise, and giving its listeners opportunities to win match tickets, memberships and more.
Owned by News Corp Australia, The Courier-Mail, a newspaper published in Brisbane, has also been listed as a Media Partner of the Heat on their website for the ongoing Big Bash season.
In October 2020, the Brisbane Heat signed a three-year deal with the Mackay Regional Council. Financially supported through the Council’s Invest Mackay Events Attraction Fund, the deal was aimed at promoting the areas of The Mackay Region and Whitsunday as part of the Heat’s initiative to support local Queensland economies amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
As per the deal, both the men’s and women’s teams of the Heat have Mackay Regional Council branding featured on their playing shirts, promoting the region as a premium holiday destination. The deal also sees the Heat women’s team play their WBBL matches at Harrup Park in Mackay, a venue they have frequented since 2018.
In July 2021, the Mackay Regional Council announced that, not only would the Heat be returning to Harrup Park for their WBBL matches, they would also “break new ground” at Gold Coast’s Metricon Stadium.
A popular Australian sports equipment manufacturer based in Melbourne, Kookaburra has been listed as an Official Sponsor of the Heat on their website.
Milton, Queensland-based Australian pool and spa maintenance network Poolwerx was announced as the Official Partner of the Brisbane Heat for BBL|13 in December 2023.
As per the agreement, Poolwerx has its logo displayed through in-stadium LED signage during Heat home games while also enjoying branding through the franchise’s digital assets.
In November 2023, the Heat and Transport and Main Roads (TMR) extended their long-standing partnership till 2025, having initially joined hands back in 2016. The partnership sees both parties promote the message of road safety.
StreetSmarts, an education platform launched by the Queensland government to spread awareness about road safety, has been listed as an Official Sponsor of the Heat on their website this year.
