Italian luxury fashionOff-White and the Chicago Bulls announced in November 2023 that they had teamed up with New Era to launch two new hats as a nod to the Off-White CEO Virgil Abloh’s great passion for basketball.
The Bulls and SIXT announced the commencement of their partnership in October 2023, the latter having come on board as the team’s official rental car partner.
The partnership marked SIXT’s first association with a professional sports organisation in the US, as per which it exclusively offers hospitality, ticketing, merchandise options, and raffles and loyalty programmes to the Bulls fans.
Human capital management (HCM) platform Paycor is also an official partner of the Bulls and enjoys visibility on their social media handles and other digital assets.
Anheuser-Busch InBev, a multinational drink and brewing company based in Leuven, Belgium, is also an official Bulls sponsor. Through this partnership, the brewing company’s light beer Michelob Ultra prominently features across the team’s digital assets.
Global multi-asset fintech group Plus500 announced in October 2022 a four-year partnership agreement with the Bulls, becoming the official global partner of the team in the process.
As per the deal, the Plus500 logo features on the Bulls’ warmup shooting shirts and jackets. Further, the brand also delivers accessible trading products to the audience it reaches to via this partnership.
First Alert is the fire and safety partner of the Chicago Bulls and has served them in this capacity since 2015. The company was founded in 1958 and engages in the sale of safety equipment.
As per the deal, First Alert helps carry out fire and safety drills for the Bulls first team, management, and staff. The company also appears on social media posts of the team, with the two parties also working together to share the importance of fire safety to schools and communities.
Coinbase, a cryptocurrency company, is currently serving as the Official Cryptocurrency Platform & NFT Partner to the Chicago Bulls.
As per the deal, the Bulls in September 2022 released “THE AUROCHS”, which became the first set of NFTs of a professional sports team to feature on the Coinbase marketplace.
The deal also sees Coinbase feature across the social media and digital assets of the Bulls.
Horizon Therapeutics is also an official Bulls partner.
The deal sees the two parties collaborate on various community initiatives. To that end, Horizon in December 2022 donated match tickets to faculty members from Chicagoland’s partner school, Perspectives Charter Schools Math & Science Academy, who also got to meet Bulls legend Randy Brown before the team’s NBA clash against the New York Knicks.
An American chain of gourmet popcorn stores from Chicago, Garrett Popcorn is also an official Bulls partner and often teams up with the NBA side to provide offers for their fans while also featuring on their digital assets.
As part of its expansion programme to feature in high-profile sports events in the US, the Chicago Bulls were one of six teams Betway partnered with in 2021.
Chicago-based tech giant Motorola was announced as the Official Jersey Patch Partner of the Bulls on a multi-year deal in September 2022. It also serves as the Official Global Partner and Exclusive Mobile Smartphone Partner to the Bulls.
As per the deal, Motorola gains visibility through various marketing elements, community initiatives, digital assets, in-arena signage, and matchday jersey of the Bulls.
Health insurance provider BlueCross Blue Shields of Illinois is also an official partner of the Chicago Bulls and gains brand visibility by appearing across the team’s social media handles and other digital assets.
It was announced in January 2022 that the Chicago Bulls had teamed up with Klarna to help promote its all-in-one shopping service and the interest-free “Pay in 4” option to their fans at United Center, their home arena.
Bulls stars Zach LaVine and Lonzo Ball have also partnered with Klarna in the past.
The two parties work on several initiatives and fashion collaborations as part of the deal. Klarna enjoys brand visibility via scoreboard and LED boards at United Center as well as the Bulls’ practice kits.
A multi-year partnership agreement between Chicago-based global asset manager Calamos Investments and the Bulls was announced in October 2018.
The deal puts the Calamos logo on the Bulls’ court apron inside United Center. Calamos gains further visibility via social media and other digital assets of the team. Calamos also sponsors the “Rising Player” content franchise in accordance with the agreement.
BMO Harris Bank has been the official banking partner of the Bulls since 2007. This is considered the most significant banking partnership in Bulls history.
As per their agreement, the two parties have worked on several initiatives over the years. Currently, they are working on a student pass for college students and their own “Kid Nation” initiative.
Limited-edition sneakers and streetwear marketplace Edit LDN and the Bulls announced their partnership in January 2023, which marked the former’s first-ever sports team collaboration.
The deal sees the two parties work on digital and social content, events, and exclusive offerings for Bulls season ticket holders.
The Chicago Bulls announced a multi-year partnership agreement with global food and beverage giant PepsiCo in July 2023, roping it in as their official soft drink provider.
As per the deal, PepsiCo serves a variety of its beverages, including Pepsi Zero Sugar, Starry, and others, at United Center. Exclusive opportunities for fans to win beverages, game tickets, pre-game access, and exclusive appearances are also part of the agreement.
Clorox was named the cleaning partner of the Bulls ahead of the 2021/22 season. The American company is based out of Oakland, California, and has been running operations since 1913.
Clorox’s deal with the Bulls was finalised and announced in May 2021.
AAWOL, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce company, also has a deal in place with the Chicago Bulls. The relationship between the two began in December 2020 and is said to be a multi-year agreement that entails promotion of the brand through merchandise and apparel.
Planet Fitness has been an official Bulls partner since February 2020.
As per the deal, the Bulls utilise Planet Fitness centres while promoting the company on their social media handles.
Athletico Physical Therapy struck a ten-year partnership agreement with the Bulls in 2014.
The deal entails the Bulls presenting the brand on their practice jersey during their practice and training sessions.
United Airlines’ deal with the Chicago Bulls grants the company naming rights to their home arena, which is thusly called United Center.
The airline strengthened its ties with the Bulls after the commencement of their relationship back in 1994 when the two signed a 20-year extension to their deal that was finalised in December 2013.
Dunkin’ Donuts also has a sponsorship deal in place with the Chicago Bulls and features across their social media posts that showcase some of the Bulls’ best dunks.
The official radio partner of the Bulls, WSCR-AM chose to continue its agreement with the team by signing a new multi-year agreement with them in 2021.
As per the ongoing agreement, WSCR-AM serves as the official broadcaster of the team’s regular-season and post-season games on the radio. WSCR-AM-produced Bulls content is made available on the station’s website as well as the Audacy app.
American Express is also an official partner of the Chicago Bulls.
