The Coca-Cola Company has announced a three-year partnership with the Premier League, marking a return after a three-year absence.
The American beverage giant was previously an official sponsor of the English men’s professional football top flight from 2019 to 2022.
As per the new agreement, Coca-Cola will serve as the league’s official soft drink partner from the 2025/26 season. The partnership will entail brand activations, centre circle experiences, and access to matchday tickets.
The brand activations will include the following Coca-Cola brands: Coca-Cola Original Taste, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Powerade, and Smartwater.
Coca-Cola will also be a partner of the Premier League Summer Series to further extend its presence in English football.
On Coca-Cola’s return, Will Brass, Premier League Chief Commercial Officer, said:
“We are delighted to welcome back Coca-Cola as the Official Soft Drink Partner of the Premier League. Coca-Cola is loved and enjoyed by millions around the world, much like the Premier League, and bring years of experience in top level sport sponsorship and fan engagement. We look forward to working together over the coming seasons to drive further success for us both through this expansive, exciting partnership.”
Javier Meza, President of Marketing — Europe, Coca-Cola, added:
“We are thrilled to be partnering with the Premier League, the most competitive and compelling football league in the world. Football and the Premier League is a global passion, and we look forward to uplifting fans and making their experience even better by bringing them closer to the action.”
