DELHI CAPITALS 2021 SPONSORS

Formerly the Delhi Daredevils, the Capitals are yet to win the much-coveted IPL trophy. Having made it to the final last time round, they’ll be looking to finally going all the way this season. Here’s a list of their sponsors going into the 2021 Indian Premier League.

 

PRINCIPAL SPONSORS

JSW – The Mumbai-headquartered conglomerate serves as a Principal Sponsor to DC since the 2020 IPL season. In March 2021, the two parties announced an extension to their deal that will see JSW hold the principal front-of-shirt branding rights on DC’s matchday shirts until 2023.

Apollo Steel Tubes – The Ghaziabad-headquartered steel tubes manufacturer serves as a Principal Sponsor to DC since the 2019 IPL season. It held principal back-of-shirt sponsorship on the team’s matchday kit in 2019, but since 2020 has its logo branded at the front, on the top left.

EbixCash – The Mumbai-headquartered financial exchange disruptor was announced as a Principal Sponsor to DC in October 2019 in a deal that would cover the IPL seasons 2020 and 2021. EbixCash’s logo can be seen at the back of DC’s matchday shirts, right above the shirt number.

Reliance Jio – The Mumbai-based Indian telecom giant has maintained a sponsorship deal with all eight teams across the IPL since the 2018 season. For DC, Jio’s logo can be seen on the sleeves of the team’s matchday shirt.

ASSOCIATE SPONSORS

Wrogn Active – The sportswear division of Virat Kohli’s fashion brand Wrogn will serve as the official kit supplier to DC for the 2021 IPL season, replacing Sqad Gear.

 

Acko – The Mumbai-headquartered general insurance company serves as DC’s Associate Sponsor and Official Insurance Partner since September 2020. Acko’s logo can be seen on DC’s matchday caps, hats, and helmets.

Nissin – The Tokyo-headquartered Japanese instant noodles company serves as an Associate Sponsor to DC since September 2020. Nissin’s logo can be seen at the front of DC’s matchday trousers.

Colgate – The dental care brand was announced as the Official Smile and Oral Hygiene Partner of six out of eight IPL teams – excluding CSK and RCB – in September 2020 in a two-year deal. The deal is aimed at lifting the public’s spirits with a smile and optimism amidst the coronavirus pandemic. For DC, Colgate’s logo can be seen on the back of the players’ matchday caps, hats and helmets.

Cornitos – Owned by Greendot Health Foods, the Faridabad-based nachos brand was announced as DC’s Official Snack Partner in March 2021. The Cornitos logo will feature on the team’s matchday and training jerseys.

Evolut Wellness – The Hyderabad-based fitness brand joins DC as their Official Fitness Partner ahead of the 2021 IPL.


OctaFX –
The London-based online forex broker joins DC as their Official Trading Partner ahead of the 2021 IPL. OctaFX will be the exclusive sponsor for all of the digital content the team produces for its in-house channel, DCTV.

PARTNERS

Dream11 – Apart from being an Official Partner to the IPL itself, the Mumbai-headquartered Indian fantasy sports platform serves as the designated fantasy sports partner to six out of eight teams in the tournament, excluding KKR and RCB.

Kotak – The Mumbai-headquartered banking products and financial services provider serves as an Official Partner to DC since September 2020. As per the deal, Kotak has designed DC-themed debit and credit cards for the team’s supporters.

BKT – Ahead of the 2021 IPL season, Mumbai-based tire manufacturer BKT (Balkrishna Industries Limited) signed a sponsorship deal with seven out of eight teams (Sunrisers Hyderabad excluded) in March 2021 to become their Official Tire Partner.

Western Digital – The California-based digital storage products manufacturer was roped in by DC as their Official Storage Partner in November 2020.


boAt –
boAt is a manufacturer and marketer of audio products, adapters and cables. It serves as the Official Audio and Merchandise Partner to six IPL teams, excluding Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals.

FanCode Shop – The Mumbai-based fan apparel company has an Official Fan Merchandise Partnership with six out of eight IPL teams – excluding KKR and RCB.

 

Fever 104 FM – The HT Media-owned FM radio network also serves as an Official Partner to DC. It has helped the IPL team launch DCT Radio to increase fan engagement by introducing several initiatives.

Optimum Nutrition – Based in Heerenveen, Optimum Nutrition joins DC as their Official Nutrition Partner ahead of the 2021 IPL. Optimum will be helping the players achieve their performance-based goals.

Maxirich – Mumbai-based Cipla Health’s multi-vitamin health supplement brand joins DC as their Official Immunity Partner ahead of the 2021 IPL.
