Sportradar, a global sports technology company, has announced a new partnership with Indian cricket franchise Delhi Capitals (DC), and will join as the Delhi Capitals Academy’s Official Technology Partner.
The three-year deal is aimed to enhance and develop the Delhi Capitals Academy programme, which is aimed at identifying and developing talents across the cricket academy network. The DC will use Sportradar’s FrogBox, a live-streaming technology solution currently entrusted by more than 500 cricket clubs across England, Australia and Europe. Sportradar will also provide the Capitals with Lilypad, its fan engagement and coaching application, to curate highlights from streamed matches to be compiled into playlists and shared with academy students for coaching purposes or on social media to promote the academy to a wider audience.
