ESL Gaming and ASUS Republic of Gamers expand partnership

ESL Gaming and ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) have announced an expansion of their partnership, which will see ROG become the Exclusive Official OEM Partner of the Group Stages and Playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 16.

The expansion will see ROG continue to enjoy various brand integrations in broadcast segments and live events along with working on a host of fan engagement activities.

Speaking about the expansion, Bastian Veiser, Director Partner Management at ESL Gaming, commented:

The ESL Pro League is the biggest Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) league worldwide and by expanding this partnership, it became even bigger.

Forming a gateway to the top, EPL offers an open ecosystem for teams with the opportunity to progress and ultimately play on the world’s biggest stages. As a partner of ESL Challenger and EPL Conference, ROG is committed to helping us lay the solid foundation needed for teams to reach the top. Expanding our partnership to also cover the Group Stage and Playoffs means that they join the teams and us all the way while we continue writing a history of legends, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better partner to join us on this journey.

Galip Fu, Head of Global Marketing for Consumer and Gaming Laptops at ASUS, added:

We are proud to announce that after a solid start of our collaboration, ROG is not only continuing but expanding our partnership role with ESL Gaming. ROG has always been committed to creating top tier systems to support gamers from all walks of life, and what better way to exemplify this belief than to write history within one of the biggest gaming stages in the world? We can’t wait to see what the future holds for ROG and ESL.

Alex Inglot, ESL Pro League Commissioner, added:

We’re very pleased to have ASUS’ gaming brand, Republic of Gamers, stay on board as an official partner of the ESL Pro League. We’re very pleased to have ASUS’ gaming brand, Republic of Gamers, stay on board as an official partner of the ESL Pro League.
