FedEx inks UEFA Champions League deal

International delivery firm FedEx has joined UEFA as a Partner of the UEFA Champions League (UCL). FedEx currently also serves as a sponsor of the UEFA Europa League.

Joining as a UCL sponsor, FedEx will also gain rights to the UEFA Super Cup, the UEFA Youth League finals, and the UEFA Futsal Champions League finals.

FedEx joins the likes of Heineken, PepsiCo and Mastercard as confirmed partners of the UEFA Champions League.

Guy-Laurent Epstein, UEFA Marketing Director, commented:

FedEx has proved to be an incredibly valued Uefa partner. We are delighted they are continuing their evolution with us, which started in 2015 and now sees them supporting our flagship club competition – the Uefa Champions League. The Uefa Champions League is the world’s greatest club competition, and we are looking forward to working with FedEx closely over the next three years to help them activate their numerous projects. They will benefit not just the footballing community, but also look to have a positive impact on the environment.
