FIFA expands Roblox partnership

FIFA has expanded its presence on the online gaming platform Roblox to include the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, which will be held in Australia and New Zealand.

The partnership aims to engage the younger audience, who will be able to catch highlights and see the live scores of the games through “FIFA World”.

Romy Gai, FIFA’s Chief Business Officer, commented:

Through this integration, we aim to bring the excitement and passion of the tournament to Roblox’s global community of over 66 million daily active users, offering them an unprecedented opportunity to engage with the event like never before.

FIFA and Roblox first partnered last year, ahead of the 2022 men’s FIFA World Cup.
