JSW Paints teams up with Delhi Capitals for Women’s Premier League 2023

Women’s Premier League (WPL) team Delhi Capitals have roped in JSW Paints as a Principal Sponsor ahead of the inaugural WPL season.

JSW Paints is a subsidiary of JSW Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate. JSW Group is a co-owner of the Delhi Capitals, alongside GMR Group.

As Principal Sponsor, JSW Paints will have its logo feature on the front of the Delhi Capitals jerseys as well as their training jerseys.  

Dhiraj Malhotra, CEO of the Delhi Capitals, commented:

For the inaugural edition of this tournament, we wanted to associate with a brand that’s disruptive and known for its innovative thinking to make this world a better place. The first edition of the WPL gets underway from March 4. The final will be held on March 26. The five-team tournament will be entirely held in Mumbai.

The Delhi Capitals will kick off their campaign against the Royal Challengers Bangalore on March 5.
