Big Bash League (BBL) Brisbane Heat has announced a new partnership agreement with outdoor equipment brand Cub Cadet who has joined the Brisbane Heat’s BBL and WBBL teams as a new partner. The partnership will see both Brisbane Heat and Cub Cadet work together on various activations, engagement activities, content campaigns and match-day activities with the goal of connecting the cricket fans and Cub Cadet customers across Queensland.

The Cub Cadet logo will be present on Brisbane Heat’s WBBL team’s playing pants and also have branding during games through signage, including under the Eastern Scoreboard on the Vulture Street side of the Gabba for KFC Big Bash League games.

Pete Lock, General Manager – Commercial, Marketing & Corporate Affairs, Brisbane Heat, commented,

“The Heat are delighted to welcome Cub Cadet to the club, and to the Big Bash environment. For many Queenslanders, the summer months have meant Big Bash on the television, cricket games in the backyard, weekends outdoors and plenty of time spent looking after the lawn. This partnership will celebrate those distinctly Queensland summer experiences while introducing Cub Cadet to the Heat’s passionate fanbase.”

David Kennedy, Brand Manager, Cub Cadet, said,

“Nothing says Australian summer like cricket and a freshly cut lawn. Cub Cadet is where those two things meet. We’re thrilled to be partnered with Brisbane Heat and putting our machines to work on the biggest stage in the game. Our dealers are the reason this partnership makes sense. They’re the ones in local communities, delivering excellence and backing our values. This gives them a stage they’ve well and truly earned.”
