Leicester City bring back King Power as Principal Partner

Thai travel retail group King Power has signed a new partnership agreement with English professional football club Leicester City, which it also owns, returning as the team’s Official Principal Partner.

As per the deal, the King Power logo will return on the front of the Leicester City shirts from the upcoming season. King Power was previously Leicester City’s front-of-shirt sponsor from 2010 to 2021.

Susan Whelan, Chief Executive, Leicester City FC, commented:

Our supporters have shared many wonderful moments with King Power on the front of Leicester City shirts and this renewed partnership is one that will support further growth and success. King Power have made a significant contribution to this Football Club’s rich heritage and this renewed commitment demonstrates its determination to keep contributing to that ongoing legacy in every way, as we embark on this new chapter.

The renewed partnership with King Power marks a nostalgic reunion, reigniting the memories of an unforgettable period of triumphs and accomplishments for the Football Club. From 2010 to 2021, the King Power logo was proudly carried on Leicester City’s shirts during a remarkable journey that saw the Club reach unprecedented heights. I’d also like to extend our sincere thanks to FBS for their support during their time as Leicester City’s Official Principal Partner over the past two seasons. We are grateful for their contribution and look forward to maintaining a strong bond with them in a new capacity as we continue our journey.
