In October 2020, non-bank lender Liberty signed a three-year partnership with the Melbourne Renegades, joining as the Principal Partner of their BBL team.
As Principal Partner, the Renegades have Liberty branding on the front of their playing jerseys.
Liberty also serves as the Principal Partner of the Renegades women’s team that play in the Weber Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL), having signed a partnership agreement in October 2019.
Apart from branding on the Renegades WBBL team’s playing kits and various other assets, Liberty works with the Renegades towards empowering women in the sport through various activities.
A producer of food service and retail quality frozen foods, Marathon Food Industries’ brand Marathon was roped in as a Major Partner of the Renegades men’s team in December 2021 on a three-year deal.
The agreement puts the Marathon branding on the Renegades playing jersey’s top-right corner, club assets, and LED stadium signage during Renegades home games.
In May 2021, the Renegades signed a partnership agreement with telecommunications and information technology company Trikon, which came on board as a Platinum Partner of the franchise as well as their Official Integrated Communications Partner.
The Renegades and Trikon later extended their partnership in March 2022.
Global television manufacturer and consumer electronics giant TCL Electronics was announced as a Premier Partner of the Renegades men’s team in November 2022.
The two-year deal sees the TCL branding feature on the Renegades playing caps, pants, helmets, media polos and in-stadium LED signage during the team’s home games.
Australian kitchen appliance manufacturer Goldline agreed to a partnership with the Melbourne Renegades in July 2023, coming on board as their women’s team’s Premium Partner on a multi-year deal.
As per the deal, Goldline’s logo features on the team’s caps, helmets and pants.
Hyundai inked a two-year partnership with the Renegades in October 2021, joining as their Official Vehicle Partner as well as a Training Partner.
As per the deal, the Hyundai logo appears on the training apparel of both the men’s and women’s teams of the Renegades, while also featuring on the women’s team’s matchday jerseys.
Australia’s leading roadside assistance and truck insurance firm, Truck Assist, joined the Renegades as a Community Partner in November 2021.
Australia-based crafted beer-producing brand Tinnies has been listed as an official Renegades partner for the 2023/24 Big Bash season on the franchise’s website.
Australian manufacturer of camping and outdoor adventure products Darche announced its partnership with the Renegades in December 2021, coming on board as an Official Partner.
Australian electricity and gas provider Compare and Connect have been listed as an Official Partner of the Renegades on their official website for the 2023/24 season of the Big Bash.
RMIT University and the Renegades have enjoyed a longstanding relationship, which has seen the former institution serve as the Official Community Partner and Official Education Provider of the two Renegades teams.
In November 2023, it was announced that RMIT University would be granted the naming rights for the Melbourne Derby for the Weber WBBL|09 as well as the KFC BBL|13, with the institution’s branding featuring in the tunnels of both the Stars and the Renegades.
Adventure apparel manufacturing company Yeti is also listed as an official partner of the Melbourne Renegades on their official website for the 2023/24 season of the Big Bash.

The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation (VRGF) is an organisation that works towards helping the people of Victoria deal with the problem of gambling addiction.
In December 2015, the Melbourne Renegades signed with the organisation’s sporting clubs’ programme, the Responsible Gambling Charter, in accordance with which the franchise do not have any betting sponsors as they aim to contribute to the Foundation’s attempts at reducing the normalisation of betting sponsorships in sports and help people in Victoria understand the negative effects of gambling.
In August 2021, the VRGF renewed its partnership with Cricket Victoria—the cricket-governing body of Victoria—for another year. This renewal covered the Renegades women’s team as well, among other cricketing organisations falling under the ambit of Cricket Victoria.
