Wingstop joins as Official Chicken Partner

The National Basketball Association (NBA) has signed a new partnership with American restaurant chain, Wingstop, who will be joining as the Official Chicken Partner of the NBA and NBA G League. This is Wingstop’s first agreement with a major U,S professional sports league and they will get branding presence virtually and also through courtside signage during the NBA broadcasts along with appearing on the league’s social and digital platforms. Wingstop will have a presence at the NBA All-Star as well, starting from the All-Star 2025 and the brand will also become the Presenting Partner of the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game Green Carpet.

Julie Morris, Senior Vice President of Commercial Development and Media, NBA, commented,

“Wingstop is an industry leader that has established itself as a mainstay in the game day routines of many of our fans. We welcome Wingstop to the NBA family and look forward to collaborating on unique and exciting ways to engage with our fans, bringing them closer to the sport they love.”

Michael Skipworth, Wingstop’s President & CEO, added,

“Our fans love watching NBA while enjoying our cooked-to-order wings, hand sauced-and-tossed in our bold flavours. This partnership is another demonstration of Wingstop being in a category-of-one, claiming our spot as the Official Chicken and Official Wing Partner of the NBA.”
