Real Sociedad sign Finetwork as shirt sponsor

Telecommunications firm nets second LaLiga partnership.

Spanish football club Real Sociedad have signed a deal with telecommunications operator Finetwork, which will see the latter join the club as their main shirt sponsor for the 2021/22 season. It is reported that the deal is worth €1.5 million per year.

Real Sociedad started the season without a front-of-shirt-sponsor after their deal with fan engagement platform Iqoniq ended after the 2020/21 season.

Manuel Hernández, chief executive of Finetwork, spoke about the deal, commenting:

This agreement is an important bet for Finetwork, for sport and for a historical club in Spanish football like la Real Sociedad.

We both believe that by doing things differently and with a lot of effort, you will be able to reach the top and compete with the greatest.

Real Sociedad’s President, Jokin Aperribay, stated:

“La Real Sociedad will proudly wear this new shirt both in LaLiga and in Europe as our agreement with Finetwork remains attentive to the same attitudes and values. In this way, the effort, perseverance and teamwork of both entities meet to achieve maximum success together.

For the Spanish telecommunications company, this is its second shirt sponsorship, having already signed a multi-year deal with Real Betis in August. Finetwork also has a deal with the Spanish Football Federation.
