The Washington Wizards, an American professional basketball team based in Washington, D.C., competes in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member club of the league’s Eastern Conference Southeast Division. The Capital One Arena is the home to the team.
Etihad Airlines – Etihad Airways, the UAE’s second flag carrier, signed a partnership deal with the Washington Wizards and Capital One Arena to become its exclusive international airline partner. The multi-year partnership deal was extended in 2018.
Geico – Geico, a government employees insurance company, signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with the Washington Wizards in November 2018 to become the first-ever jersey sponsor.
Giant – Giant Manufacturing Co. Ltd., a Taiwanese bicycle manufacturer, is the Washington Wizards’ official partner.
Leidos – Leidos, formerly known as Science Applications International Corporation, is an American Aviation, Information Technology, Defense and Biomedical Research Company headquartered in Reston, Virginia, is the official partner of the Washington Wizards.
Lexus – Lexus, the luxury vehicle division of the Japanese automaker Toyota, is the Washington Wizards’ official partner.
NEC Corporation – NEC Corporation, a Japanese multinational information technology and electronics company headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, signed its first international marketing partnership with the Washington Wizards in October 2019 for the 2019-20 season. The partnership also the first for an NBA franchise in Japan.
PepsiCo – PepsiCo, Inc., an American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation headquartered in Harrison, New York, is the Washington Wizards’ official sponsor.
MedStar Health – MedStar Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization operating in the Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area of the United States, is the Washington Wizards’ official partner.
Fresh Vine Wine – Fresh Vine Wine, a premium wine company, signed a multi-year partnership deal in April this year with the Washington Wizards and the Capital One Arena, home to the team. The company will be offering premium gluten-free, low-carb, keto, vegan-friendly, and low-calorie wines available online, at retail, and future games and events at the Arena. They also launched a month-long fundraising effort supporting ongoing coronavirus relief efforts within the Washington D.C. community.
Mahindra Group – Mahindra Group, an Indian $20 billion multinational conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, signed a partnership deal with the Washington Wizards in February this year to become the team’s official partner.
William Hill – William Hill US, America’s leading sportsbook operator, signed a partnership deal with the Washington Wizards in October 2019 to become its exclusive sports betting partner.
Intel – Intel Corporation, an American multinational corporation and technology company headquartered in Santa Clara, California, signed a partnership agreement with the Washington Wizards in October 2019 to install its 360-degree True View camera technology at Capital One Arena, home to the team.
