French esports organisation Team Vitality have expanded their partnership with electronics manufacturer Philips Monitors. The new multi-year partnership will see Philips Monitors serve as Vitality’s Exclusive Monitor Partner for their FIFA and League of Legends teams.
Philip Monitors will also be providing Vitality’s players with the Philips Momentum range of monitors. It will also supply its products at the team’s training facilities in Berlin and Paris. The Philips Monitor branding will also be visible on the Vitality League of Legends and FIFA team jerseys.
Nicolas Maurer, CEO of Team Vitality, commented:
“Providing our players with the best equipment to help them perform at the highest level has always been a top priority for us, so it’s great to be able to extend our partnership with such a trusted supplier in Philips Monitors.
“It’s also a testament to what we are achieving at Team Vitality to be able to grow our existing partnerships.”
Xeni Bairaktari, Global Marketing Lead and Senior Brand Manager for EU at Philips Monitors & IT Accessories, added:
“It’s been incredible supporting the FIFA squad and the V.Hive facility with Philips Momentum console gaming monitors, for an enhanced training environment. We’re thrilled that this year our partnership is growing, also including our PC gaming monitors and the League of Legends teams.”
The extension of this partnership builds on the original agreement that was signed in 2021, though that was only limited to Vitality’s FIFA team. Philips Monitor will also work with Team Vitality’s players to gain valuable feedback for research and development towards building ‘the best monitors for gamers’.
