UFC renews Venum deal

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has extended its partnership agreement with combat sportswear specialist Venum.

The partnership, now extended until 2029, will see Venum continue on as the UFC’s Exclusive Global Outfitting Partner and work with the American mixed martial arts promotion company to develop fight-week gear, which will be worn by the athletes “during training and for official activities such as weigh-ins and open workouts.”

The two parties will also continue working on their exclusive Fight Night Collection, which will include fight kits worn by participants in the Octagon as well as the apparel worn during the fighters’ walkouts.

Tracey Bleczinski, Senior Vice President — Global Consumer Products, UFC, commented:

Venum has been an amazing partner these past few years and we are thrilled to continue our relationship with them through the end of the decade. The key to the success of this partnership is that Venum understands the unique needs of the fighters competing in the Octagon.

Franck Dupuis, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Venum, added:

Venum’s return to UFC in April 2021 has been a source of great pride for the Venum team. The enthusiastic reception from UFC athletes and fans to the launch and release of our UFC collections has convinced us to continue our adventure inside the Octagon and to continue to improve our products to serve a demanding and passionate public. The best is ahead of us.
