Aditi Ashok’s Brand Endorsements

After her valiant attempt at the Tokyo Olympics, Aditi Ashok—an Arjuna awardee—is no longer a name unfamiliar in the golfing world. The Indian audience remained glued to their TV screens during the Tokyo Olympics just to see whether the young golfer could create history. Ashok rose to new heights as she secured fourth place.

Ashok, who was raised in a middle class Bengaluru family, first became interested in golf when she was five years old and saw the beautiful green course at the Karnataka Golf Association. She began practising routinely at the course and competing in nearby events, juggling her schooling at Bengaluru’s prestigious Frank Anthony Public School and her love for the game. In 2011, at just 13 years of age, Ashok won her first state level awards: the Karnataka Junior and South Indian Junior Championships. She then went on to win that year’s national amateur championship as well.

Ashok turned professional in 2016 and has since then gone on to become the first Indian woman to win a Ladies European Tour championship, which she did in 2016; she also clinched the Qatar Open in the same year.

With her most recent win at the Kenya Ladies Open 2023 at Vipingo Ridge, Kenya, Ashok has clinched her fourth Ladies European Tour Title, further paving the way for women’s golf in India and encouraging countless children to take up the sport.

In this article, we look at Aditi Ashok’s brand endorsements and sponsorship deals.

Radisson Hotels Americas

Ashok’s two-year partnership agreement with Radisson Hotels Americas, a US-based multinational hospitality company, was announced in October 2021 via her social media accounts.

With Ashok as an ambassador, Radisson hopes to increase its presence in the golfing world. The partnership sees Ashok feature Radisson branding on her apparel while being on the LET and LPGA tours.

Hyundai Motors India

Ashok signed a two-year memorandum of understanding with Hyundai Motors India in December 2021.

Through its partnership with Ashok, Hyundai India aims to highlight its mission to motivate everyone, particularly women in sports. The partnership sees her wear the Hyundai logo on her jersey, promoting the company at both the national and international levels.

Because she is still relatively new to the sporting world, Aditi Ashok has not signed any other agreements other than these two major deals. However, she has been seen using Titleist products, which is an American manufacturer of golf equipment.
