As per the deal, Gewiss acquired naming rights for the club’s home ground, so that the then-called Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia would be known as the Gewiss Stadium (called Atalanta Stadium during UEFA matches).
The Gewiss Stadium is also undergoing a renovation (expected to be completed by 2021) that would see the stadium capacity increased to 24,000. Gewiss is providing lighting, management, protection, and energy distribution services for the renovation project.
The deal also sees Gewiss hold branding rights on Atalanta’s jersey, as its logo features on the back of the kit, right below the numbers.
Italian logistics company Automha was announced as the club’s official sleeve sponsor in a three-year deal in November 2018. The deal sees Automoha’s logo feature on the left sleeve of Atalanta’s matchday kits during their Serie A outings. The deal also covers the club’s women’s team.
