New York-headquartered American multinational financial services corporation American Express (or Amex) has been the biggest and long-standing partner of Brighton & Hove Albion (for over a decade). The two first came together in 2010 with a naming rights deal for the club’s stadium, which was expanded with a kit sponsorship agreement in 2013 in a deal reportedly worth £1.5m per season.
The two parties further extended their partnership in August 2019 with a 12-year extension in an enhanced deal reportedly worth north of £100m.
Amex has been a veritable contributor to the Brighton community. It has its UK headquarters located in Brighton and is one of the largest private sector employers in the region. The BHAFC deal strengthens its association with the city and grants the company naming rights across the club’s women’s and disability squads in a bid to encourage diversity and inclusion within the community.
BHAFC extended their long-term partnership with Nike in June 2019 as they penned a three-year extension with the American sportswear giant until the end of the 2021-22 season.
The Beaverton, Oregon-based company has been the Technical Kit Supplier of the Seagulls since 2014 and continues to do so for the club’s men’s and women’s sides – both senior and youth setups.
The last extension of the Nike-BHAFC partnership was announced in January 2022 — a three-year deal reportedly worth £2.5 million per year that is set to run until 2024.
The Hailsham-based British division of the workwear brand signed on as Brighton’s Official Workwear Partner back in 2018, a deal that was further renewed in August 2019.
The partnership sees Snickers UK sponsor the Seagulls’ matchday programme and all live content, along with in-stadia advertising and networking opportunities.
In September 2020, Snickers became the Official Sleeve Sponsor for the matchday shirts of Brighton’s men’s team. This deal was last renewed in June 2021.

The Malta-registered global online gambling company serves as Brighton & Hove Albion’s Exclusive Global Betting Partner.
Football Manager (FM) is an annually released football management simulator. It’s a game jointly developed by SEGA (Shinagawa, Tokyo-headquartered Japanese video game developer and publisher) and Sports Interactive (London-headquartered British video game developer).
FM serves as an Official Partner to Brighton & Hove Albion. Apart from branding rights, the deal sees FM made available at the club’s official online store at a discount price.
BHAFC renewed their partnership in Football Manager in November 2022. The deal is set to run until the end of the 2022-23 season.
The Oxford-based independent games development studio has been an Official Partner of the club since September 2020.
Energizer is one of the largest battery manufacturers in the world. It is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.
The Lewes, East Sussex-based brewery serves as Brighton’s Real Ale Supplier. Harvey’s also sponsors a lounge at the Amex Stadium, the club’s home ground.
Heineken has been the Official Beer and Cider Partner of BHAFC since the 2011-12 season. The deal sees Heineken not only provide draught and packaged cider to fans inside the Amex Stadium, but also sponsor a lounge.
The two parties last renewed their partnership in a “multi-year” extension in January 2022.
Modena-based Italian publishing company Panini is also an Official Partner of Brighton & Hove Albion. Panini is also the official sticker and trading card licensee of the Premier League, a deal that grants the Italian company image rights to the league’s players to feature in its trading cards collection.
The Pyecombe-based roofing contractor also serves Brighton & Hove Albion as an Official Sponsor.
Donatello is a family-run Italian restaurant based in Brighton. It was announced by Brighton & Hove Albion as their “1901 Club Lounge Sponsor” in July 2022. The Lounge Sponsorship deal sees the restaurant host its very own lounge at the Amex, called the Donatello Lounge.
Previously, Donatello served as the principal front-of-matchday-shirt sponsor of the club during the 1998-99 season.
The Maidstone-based water filter supplier is also one of Brighton’s Official Lounge Sponsors. A supporter of the club for over half a century, Fileder also sponsors Brighton’s ball, match and kits during the season.
The last official partnership renewal agreement between the two parties was a five-year deal that is set to run until the end of the 2025-26 season.
Shoreham-based Focus Group is a UK communications provider that has served as the Official Telecoms & IT Supplier to BHAFC since August 2019, providing WiFi and network services to the club to increase connectivity at the Amex.
BHAFC expanded their partnership with Focus Group in September 2022, making the company a platinum lounge sponsor.
GAP Solutions is an interior designing firm that specialise in custom-made wardrobes, storage, and room dividers. It has served as one of BHAFC’s Official Lounge Sponsors since August 2018.
The real estate firm operating across Sussex and Surrey is also one of BHAFC’s Official Lounge Sponsors.
Mayo Wynne Baxter Solicitors is a law firm based in Sussex with offices in Brighton, Crawley, Eastbourne, East Grinstead, Lewes, Seaford and Storrington.
Rockwater is a bar and restaurant based in Hove.
Sun Harvest is a fresh food wholesaler based in Brighton. It serves as the East Stand lounge sponsor for BHAFC at the Amex Stadium.
BHAFC extended their partnership in Sun Harvest in October 2021 — a five-year agreement.
Axtra is a British logistics company based in Southwick, West Sussex.
Brighton Tools and Fixings is a tool store based in Brighton that supplies power tools and hand tools.
The Portslade-based BMW car dealership and BHAFC go way back. Currently serving the club as an Official Sponsor, Chandlers in August 2012 secured a three-year naming rights deal to become a 1901 Club Lounge sponsor of the club.
The Eastbourne, East Sussex-based print management company also serves BHAFC as an Official Sponsor.
Flowers Unlimited is a florist based in Hove.
