The Australian Open (AO) has announced a multi-year partnership renewal of its agreement with Canadian Club, which will thus continue on as the Official Dark Spirit Partner of the Australian Open.
The partnership moves into its tenth year. At AO 2024, Canadian Club is reported to have its largest-ever footprint on-site and enjoy activations at various AO locations, including the Grand Slam Oval, AO Hilltop at Birrarung Marr, the Western Courts, Rod Laver Arena and John Cain Arena.
Cedric Cornelis, Chief Commercial Officer, Tennis Australia, commented:
“Over the last ten years, the Australian Open’s partnership with the Canadian Club has been such a success, we are delighted to continue it to AO 2026 and hopefully beyond.“
Trent Chapman, Chief Marketing Officer, Beam Suntory, added:
“As we toast the Canadian Club’s remarkable tenth year as a proud sponsor of the Australian Open, we reflect on a decade of shared excitement, passion, and memorable moments. We’re thrilled to commemorate our tenth year of partnership with our largest-ever activation, aiming to elevate the fan experience to new heights.“
