Sports, events and media firm IMG has renewed its partnership with Channel 4. The two-year extension will see Channel 4 continue to broadcast the England men’s national football team’s UEFA Nations League matches, European qualifiers as well as international friendlies.
Starting with providing coverage for England’s European qualifier against Italy, IMG will be also creating live match feed and highlights show for all of the 14 games on Channel 4 between 2023 and 2024. IMG will also create UEFA’s regular magazine show along with digital and social content for 4Studios.
Barney Francis, Executive Vice President and Head of Global Production at IMG, commented:
“We’re thrilled to be expanding our production partnership with Channel 4 and helping to bring their distinctive and innovative tone to live sports. We’ve built a reputation as best-in-class for our football production, working with partners and broadcasters to deliver premium coverage to fans around the globe from our world-leading production hub.“
