Coventry City expands Genesis Employment partnership

English football club Coventry City has announced a partnership expansion with Genesis Employment, who will become the club’s Official Recruitment Partner. The partnership will see both work together on creating opportunities for people and businesses across Coventry and Warwickshire. Coventry City are returning to the Premier League for the 2026/27 for the first time since the 2000/01 season.

Nicola Ibbetson, Chief Business Officer at Coventry City Football Club, commented,

“We’re delighted to continue our relationship with Genesis Employment as they become our Official Recruitment Partner. Having supported the Club for many years, it’s fantastic to see the partnership evolve as we embark on an exciting new chapter both on and off the pitch. Genesis is a business with deep roots in our local community and shares our ambition to make a positive impact across Coventry and Warwickshire. We look forward to building on what has already been a longstanding and successful relationship.”

Gaynor Frost, Managing Director of Genesis Employment Services Ltd, added,

“Supporting Coventry City has never just been about football for us. It’s about our city, our community and a club that means so much to so many people. After more than 20 years of backing the Sky Blues, becoming an Official Partner is something we are incredibly proud of. With the Club back in the Premier League, there is a real sense that something special is happening in Coventry.”
