Cricket Ireland inks deal with Floki

Cricket Ireland has announced a partnership agreement with cryptocurrency platform Floki, which has thus acquired the title sponsorship rights for the Pakistan men’s national cricket team’s ongoing tour of Ireland.

The partnership officially renames the T20I series to “FLOKI Ireland v Pakistan T20I Series”. Floki thus gains branding visibility on multiple assets, including ground perimeter boards, sightscreen, boundary rope, and logo mats.

Paul O’Sullivan, Business Development Manager for Cricket Ireland, commented:

We are pleased to welcome the team from FLOKI on-board and thank them, plus our long standing partners ITW, for their support for Irish cricket. As Irish cricket continues to grow in profile on the world stage, more globally-focused companies such as FLOKI, are seeking an association with our brand. The series, to be known as the ‘FLOKI Ireland v Pakistan T20I Series’, will be a hard-fought contest between two great teams, and with the support of FLOKI, it should also be a great occasion for fans.”

Floki released the following statement regarding the Cricket Ireland deal:

It is with great enthusiasm that we at FLOKI step into a partnership with Irish cricket, an arena where the sport’s heart beats as fervently as our dedication to being a cryptocurrency for all. Our alignment with the T20I series featuring Pakistan is a reflection of our belief that cricket, like FLOKI, transcends boundaries and unites people from all walks of life. Our hope is that this partnership will not only elevate the experience of the series but also enhance the connection between the teams and their diverse, passionate fan bases. By supporting this much-anticipated cricket series, we are advocating for a sport that consistently raises the bar in athletic achievement and fan engagement.
