Hernández announced as Global Brand Ambassador
Mexican telecommunication firm Yonder Media Mobile Inc. has announced a new partnership with former Manchester United, Real Madrid and LA Galaxy footballer Javier Hernández. Javier Hernández will join as the Global Brand Ambassador for Yonder Media Mobile’s YO Mobile brand.
With YO Mobile recently having teamed up with AT&T in Mexico to expand and allow their customers plans to group US and Mexican lines under one account.
Javier Hernández, commented,
“When I was playing soccer in the U.S, for the L.A. Galaxy and my family was in Mexico, I used to think: ‘Why can’t I buy a plan in the U.S. that has lines in both Mexico and the U.S., to keep my family closer together? So, I reached out to my friends at YO Mobile and we ended up developing a new type of plan that can be paid for in the U.S. but that contains lines in Mexico and the U.S.! Our plans start at just $7 a month.”
Adam Kidron, CEO and Founder of Yonder Media Mobile, said,
“YO Mobile shrinks the distance between families and communities. By enabling affordable communication that’s effortlessly managed under one account paid by the primary breadwinner, YO Mobile enables Mexican-Americans to stay deeply connected with their loved ones in Mexico.”
