KFC India has teamed up with the Hero Indian Super League (ISL), coming on-board as an Official Partner of the league.
The partnership will see KFC launch “KFC Street Football”, which is a platform for young football fans in the country to showcase their talents. An online campaign will also be launched, which will see fans asked to post online videos showcasing their freestyle moves and footwork whilst using the #KFCStreetFootball hashtag.
The campaign will also have various on-ground challenges, such as The Dribble Challenge, The KFC Bucket Challenge, and The Freestyle Challenge.
The KFC Street Football team will be scouting players across five India cities which are: Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi and Mumbai.

Bhaichung Bhutia, former Indian senior men’s national football team captain, said:

With KFC’s partnership with the Hero ISL and the introduction of KFC Street Football we are looking at the first-ever platform in the country that allows young football enthusiasts to showcase their talent to a national audience.“
