Two-time Indian Premier League champions Kolkata Knight Riders have announced digital insurer ACKO Insurance as their Official Insurance Partner ahead of the upcoming IPL season.
After falling agonisingly short last year in the final to the Chennai Super Kings, the Knight Riders will be kicking off their IPL campaign against the very same opponents on March 26 in the opening match of the Indian Premier League. The tournament is set to be hosted entirely in Maharashtra across four venues in Mumbai and Pune, which will be: the Wankhede Stadium, the Brabourne Stadium, the DY Patil Stadium and the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
After roping in the likes of Shreyas Iyer (captain), Pat Cummins, Alex Hales, Mohammed Nabi, Sam Billings and Tim Southee among others, the KKR will look to go one step further from their 2021 campaign and lift their third IPL trophy.
