Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team extend Einhell partnership

Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team have announced an extension of their partnership with Einhell, a German manufacturer of power tools and electrical garden equipment.

The agreement will see Einhell remain the Official Tool Expert of the German outfit and continue to provide them with its Power X-Change tools for their workshop. Einhell’s cordless tools also help the team with movement in the pit garage.

Additionally, Einhell will continue enjoying branding exposure on the Mercedes race cars as well as driver and team kits. The two parties will also work together on various digital and media campaigns, including television campaigns starring Mercedes driver George Russell.

Toto Wolff, Team Principal and CEO of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, commented:

Einhell brings the level of quality and reliability that we require to handle the demands of racing at the top level of motorsport. We both share a relentless focus on performance and look forward to continuing to push forward together in the years ahead.

Richard Sanders, Chief Commercial Officer, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, added:

Renewing with Einhell reflects both the strength of what we’ve built together and our shared ambition for the future. They are an important partner to the team, and we’re excited to continue evolving the relationship in the years ahead.

Andreas Kroiss, CEO of Einhell Germany AG, added:

This extension is the natural continuation of a collaboration that went beyond communications from day one. Our tools have to prove themselves under the most demanding conditions in the world – and the insights we take from that experience into our product development are genuinely valuable. I’m tremendously excited about the next chapter of this partnership.
