Mumbai City FC and DreamSetGo, a sports ticketing and travel company, have announced their cooperation. The two organisations will collaborate to increase fan interaction and the club’s supporter base in India.
The partnership between DreamSetGo and City Football Group, majority owner of Mumbai CIty, as Manchester City’s exclusive football hospitality experiences partner in India began in 2021. DreamSetGo will now serve as the Indian football club’s Official Ticketing Partner.
Through this collaboration, supporters will initially have access to match tickets for all Mumbai City home games and progressively unique fan experiences, including first-class matchday hospitality, chance to interact with players, the ability to attend team practices and more.
Following prosperous collaborations with foreign football teams like Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United, the new agreement with the club marks DreamSetGo’s foray into Indian sport.
Mumbai City won the Indian Super League in the 2020–21 season and later became the first Asian side to win a match in the AFC Champions League group stage.
Commenting on the association, Monish Shah, Founder and Chief Business Officer, DreamSetGo, said:
“This partnership is exciting and a landmark moment as it marks DreamSetGo’s entry into Indian football and an extension of our association with City Football Group. Their commitment to improving the Indian football ecosystem and our focus on improving fan experiences will play a key role in increasing the fan base for the club in India.”
Kandarp Chandra, CEO, Mumbai City FC, added:
“We’re delighted to announce our partnership with DreamSetGo. In a landmark season when we’ll be welcoming fans back into the stands after two years, DreamSetGo’s know-how and experience of working with international football clubs will play a key role in helping Mumbai City expand and engage with our fan base across India.“
