Nike has teamed up with digital sports platform Fanatics, which will see the US sportswear giant create college sports apparel.
The partnership, which will get underway from 2024, will see Fanatics Brands, Fanatics’ in-house clothing and manufacturing division, serve as the Official Fan Apparel and Headwear Licensee for Nike at select colleges and universities. Fanatics will be manufacturing and designing fan apparel, replica jerseys, sideline apparel, women’s fan gear and headwear. The company will use its vertical commercial model to improve and fasten the speed-to-market of the merchandise and will be creating expanded assortments of high-quality, real-time Nike college products for the retailers and fans alike.
