UK-based demountable overlay and infrastructure solutions firm ES Global has been announced as an Official Supporter of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games (commonly referred to as “Paris 2024”).
The deal will see ES Global provide tents, scaffolding structures and containment for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, aligning with Paris 2024’s vision of hosting the Games using 95% of “existing venues and temporary infrastructure” to reduce their carbon footprint. Among the structures to be supplied by ES Global, there will also be a wall for sport climbing.
ES Global has announced that all items will be reused after the Games as the firm aims to reuse 90% of the items and recycle or upcycle the rest.
