The PGA Tour has announced a partnership renewal and expansion agreement with betting operator FanDuel, which will thus continue as its Official Betting Operator and become the Official Odds Provider for the official PGA Tour website and app until the end of the 2027 season.
FanDuel will also work on enhancing fan engagement through “select broadcasts through live odds integrations”. It will continue working on fan engagement activities and holding the rights in the US and Canada to use PGA Tour marks, to advertise and work with other Tour partners, plus content and video rights to make pre- and post-game betting programmes. It will also continue distributing the highlights to its betters via social media.
Additionally, the PGA Tour will enjoy branding exposure in a soon-to-be-launched co-branded casino game on FanDuel Casino, a mobile gaming app that lets players play slot, blackjack, table, baccarat, and live-dealer casino games.
FanDuel has been a partner of the PGA Tour since 2020. The partnership was first extended in 2022.
Scott Warfield, Vice President, Gaming, PGA TOUR, commented:
“The PGA TOUR is excited to more deeply collaborate with our longtime partner in FanDuel, a market leader whose golf odds will now be featured on select broadcasts. We look forward to working more closely with FanDuel to bring professional golf fans more of what they like to see in TOUR presentations.“
Karol Corcoran, senior vice president and general manager of FanDuel Sportsbook, said:
“We are proud of our continued collaboration with the PGA TOUR and are committed to offering golf fans new and innovative ways to engage with their favorite players through our robust golf offering. As another exciting season gets underway, we look forward to continuing to enhance the watch and wager experience for our customers.”
