Trent Rockets have announced a helmet-sponsorship agreement with BBC Children in Need for the 2026 edition of The Hundred.

The partnership, covering both the men’s and women’s teams of the franchise, will aim to raise awareness about BBC Children in Need and its work supporting children and young people across the UK.

The Rockets will also carry out engagement activities, including inviting children, young people, and families involved with local projects supported by BBC Children in Need to watch the games at Trent Bridge.

Lisa Pursehouse, Chief Executive of Trent Rockets, commented:

Trent Rockets is a family, both on and off the pitch and our matchdays are about bringing people together and making everyone feel welcome. This gives us an opportunity to use the platform of The Hundred to raise awareness and funds for projects doing hugely important work with children and young people.

Emma Douglas, Supporter Experience Manager at BBC Children in Need, added:

We are delighted to be joining Trent Rockets during this year’s edition of The Hundred.

Sport has an incredible ability to bring families and communities together, and it is fantastic to see Trent Rockets using its platform to make a difference for children and young people.

We are looking forward to seeing Pudsey deliver the Launch Ball at Trent Bridge and to welcoming participants from projects we support to what promises to be a memorable matchday.
