UEFA Champions League 2024/25: League phase draw

The 2024/25 UEFA Champions League draw was held at the Grimaldi Forum, Monaco, Monte Carlo, on Thursday.

Legendary football players Gianluigi Buffon and Cristiano Ronaldo were felicitated with the UEFA President’s award and the UEFA Champions League Top Goal scorer award, respectively. They also participated in the draw.

The 36 teams were divided into four pots of nine teams each. Each team were drawn against two teams from each pot to play one game home and one game away. The draw was performed through an automated process, unlike previous seasons. 

Let’s see how the teams in each pot have been drawn for the league phase of this season’s UEFA Champions League.

The league phase will commence from September 17 and continue till January 29 next year.
