UP Warriorz team up with Patanjali Ayurved

Indian multinational conglomerate holding company Patanjali Ayurved has been announced as the Principal Sponsor of Women’s Premier League (WPL) team UP Warriorz.

As Principal Sponsor, Patanjali will have its logo present on the front of the UP Warriorz matchday jersey for the entirety of the inaugural WPL season. 

Acharya Balkrishna, Managing Director, of Patanjali Ayurved, commented:

Patanjali Ayurved is extremely proud to be associated with the UP Warriorz, one of the teams in the historic Women’s Premier League. This association gives us a chance to be part of a bigger movement wherein we are able to support the growing women’s sporting ecosystem. The WPL will be one of the most watched tournaments this year and this partnership not only allows us to grow our brand but also places in the spotlight in terms of encouraging women empowerment.
