Vaibhav Sooryavanshi stars in latest Air India campaign
Indian cricketing sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is the face of Air India’s latest campaign ahead of the Men in Blue’s Asian Games 2026 campaign.
The campaign is a part of the Indian flag carrier’s broader campaign, titled “There is an Air About India”, with Sooryavanshi front and centre of the near-two-minute-long digital film.
The film showcases the entire country coming together to help individuals achieve their goals. Sooryavanshi even talks about his upbringing and journey from a small town to making it to the biggest stage in international cricket.
The film sheds light on the support provided to Sooryavanshi by his father, coaches, mentors, teammates, and supporters on his way to the top level of cricket. It also shows individuals from across the country and the support they get as they strive to reach their goals across different disciplines.
With the 2026 Asian Games currently underway, Air India is Team India’s flag carrier, supporting the Indian contingent in Japan. Sooryavanshi is part of the Indian squad who will start their Asian Games 2026 campaign on September 28 in the quarter-final stage.
