Visa, an official partner of the world football–governing body FIFA, has announced a partnership with HDFC Bank for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The partnership will see Visa and HDFC Bank launch a limited-edition “FIFA World Cup 2026™ Visa Pixel” credit card along with a nationwide Spend & Win campaign. The partnership was announced in Mumbai in the presence of English former footballer Michael Owen.
These FIFA-themed cards are available to the existing HDFC Bank Pixel Play customers in addition to new Pixel Play applicants. With this partnership, Visa and HDFC Bank aim to work together to boost fan engagement during the World Cup and bring fans closer to the game.

Interestingly, at the time of writing, there is no official broadcaster in India for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
