Joe Cole, former England midfielder, has become the brand ambassador of the Asian sportsbook, Nova88. As part of the deal, Nova88 will launch a series of videos featuring Olivia Wayne, a former Sky Sports presenter, doing interviews with the ex-Chelsea and Liverpool player.

Commenting on the association, Joe Cole said: “It’s great to sign for Nova88. They’re an ambitious and passionate team with big plans. I’m looking forward to giving you insights on European, Premier League and international football.”

Cole played for a bunch of teams throughout his career and represented his country, and after retiring in 2018, he worked for Liverpool as an academy assistant. He has also worked with a host of various publishers and operators, including JOE Radio, with whom he launched a podcast last year.

According to a statement published by the operator, Cole seems to offer the ‘perfect pedigree and experience to give his expert insight on domestic, European and international football’ through this partnership.

Nova88 said: “Joe enjoyed an illustrious playing career having played in three World Cups, won three Premier League titles and played in a Champions League final. He is now proving to be one of the most popular and astute pundits in the game.A wonderful player and a great character, we are delighted to have Joe as Nova88’s brand ambassador.”
