Aston Villa Sponsors 2021-22

The Villains followed up their narrow relegation escape in the 2019-20 season with a much improved 55-point, 11th-place finish last season. This time, though, Dean Smith’s men will be looking to go for a points tally at least similar to last season’s if not better. Here are Aston Villa’s official Partners going into the 2021-22 season.

Following are the companies and organisations that are enjoying a strong branding presence across Aston Villa’s physical and digital assets.

Kappa – In May 2019, Aston Villa signed a three-year deal with Kappa as their new kit supplier and Principal Partner. The Turin-based Italian sportswear brand replaced Luke 1977 in a deal running until 2022.

OFFICIAL PARTNERS

Luke 1977 – Despite being replaced by Kappa as the club’s official kit supplier, Birmingham-based Luke 1977 remains the official formalwear partner for the Premier League club, providing off-the-pitch formal wear for the team’s players and non-playing staff members.

Heineken – Heineken first partnered with Villa from 2010 to 2013. The two resumed their partnership when the Dutch brewing company was announced as the club’s official beer and cider partner back in June 2016. The deal includes pouring rights for Heineken’s leading cider and beer brands at Villa Park, the club’s home ground. These brands include Strongbow, Bulmers, Heineken® and Foster’s.

Purity Brewing – The Warwickshire-based brewery was announced as Aston Villa’s official ale partner in August 2019. The three-year deal granted Purity image rights for the Aston Villa branding to be used on its bottles, as well as pouring rights for its range of ales inside Villa Park. Purity even brewed a new 4.2% pale ale to commemorate Villa’s return to the Premier League.

Aston University, Birmingham – Aston University is the official UK university partner for Aston Villa. In September 2019, the two partnered up last season to launch “Villa Vision” – initiated by the Optometry School at Aston University and funded by the Premier League and the Professional Footballers’ Association, aiming to raise awareness about importance of eye health in schools and community settings.
