Cleveland-Cliffs
Cleveland-Cliffs, a North American steel producer, in March 2022, announced a multi-year partnership with Cleveland Cavaliers.
The deal makes Cliffs the official jersey patch sponsor of the team; hence, Cavs player uniforms have the company’s emblem on their left chest.
Fubo Sportsbook
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Fubo Gaming announced their multi-year partnership in October 2021. In February 2022, both organisations signed a market access agreement, making Fubo Sportsbook the franchise’s official mobile sports betting partner.
The extended partnership promotes the Fubo Sportsbook brand through an integrated marketing campaign highlighted by high-impact broadcast-visible signage, a team television and radio game programming presence, and activation on Cavs’ digital and social channels and other marketing assets.
Fast
Cleveland Cavaliers and Fast, an online login and checkout service, announced a partnership in November 2021 to help fans buy official team merchandise on CavaliersTeamShop.com or while attending games at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Avery Dennison
In November 2022, the Cleveland Cavaliers and a materials science and solutions provider Avery Dennison established a collaboration designating the Ohio-based business as the NBA team’s “Official Embellishment Partner.”
As a distinguishing element of the partnership, the Avery Dennison emblem is visible on the players’ shooting jerseys and warm-up jackets.
Socios
Socios.com, a blockchain provider in the sports industry, in July 2021, announced its partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Socios.com, thus, has a digital presence on the Cavaliers’ social media accounts and is the presenting partner for the team’s website.
Socios.com also has the ability to leverage the Cavaliers’ marks and logos in connection with its various international marketing activities. In the 2021-22 season, the Socios logo was also visible on the team’s practice jerseys. In addition, the blockchain provider has a brand presence in-venue with broadcast-visible LED courtside signage.
Verizon
In May 2021, the Cleveland Cavaliers revealed that Verizon, a telecommunications services provider, is an official sponsor of the team as part of a multi-year agreement. Verizon is designated by the arrangement as the team’s sole 5G mobile partner.
Aside from the Cleveland Cavaliers, the following 15 NBA teams have installed Verizon’s 5G technology in their arenas: Memphis Grizzlies, Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons, Golden State Warriors, LA Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, Oklahoma City Thunder, Phoenix Suns, Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings, Utah Jazz, and Washington Wizards.
Betway
The Cleaveland Cavaliers and leading global sports betting and online gaming company Betway announced a multi-year partnership in March 2021, with the latter acting as the basketball team’s official partner.
The deal sees the Betway logo displayed on the court while gaining visibility through broadcast-visible LED signage courtside. They also served as the presenting partner of Cavs HQ, which is the team’s magazine-style TV show on Fox Sports Ohio.
Further, the company continues to gain visibility by appearing prominently on the digital media assets of the team.
Key Bank
KeyBank, the primary subsidiary of KeyCorp, which is an American regional bank, has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with the Cleaveland Cavaliers.
The two have worked on multiple community projects, including introducing the Cavaliers Community Marketing 2021, which aimed at helping serve fresh food to the local community.
Michelob Ultra
Anheuser-Busch InBev, a multinational drink and brewing company based in Leuven, Belgium, is the official sponsor of the Cleaveland Cavaliers. The partnership sees Michelob Ultra feature prominently in social media promotional segments across the Cavs’ digital assets.
Rocket Mortgage
American mortgage lender headquartered in Detroit, Rocket Mortgage is an official partner of the Cleaveland Cavaliers and gains visibility by appearing prominently on the basketball team’s social media handles and other digital assets during the NBA season.
Adidas
German sportswear brand Adidas and the Cleaveland Cavaliers are partners, which has seen them team up on multiple occasions in the past. In 2022, the brand provided customised wear for the team as part of the “Adidas Takeover Night” program.

The J.M. Smucker Company-owned Jif is an American brand of peanut butter that has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the Cleaveland Cavaliers, serving as the basketball team’s hometown partner for quite some time now.
As part of the deal, the brand provides its products to the Cavs and gains exposure by featuring on the team’s social media handles and other digital assets.
Oswald Companies
Insurance brokerage and risk management services company Oswald is an official partner of the Cleaveland Cavaliers. The partnership sees the parties work on various community engagement activities while the brand gains visibility by appearing on the basketball team’s digital assets.
The two recently teamed up in November 2023 for the Cavaliers Community Foundation 50/50 Raffle ticket.
Coca Cola
It was announced in October 2023 that soft-drink manufacturing brand Coca-Cola Beverages and the Cleaveland Cavaliers entered into a partnership, where the former would serve as the basketball team’s Official Fan Refreshment Partner.
Some of the company’s beverages, such as Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Sprite and Seagram’s are made available at the Cavs’ home stadium as per the agreement. However, Sprite will mainly collaborate with the Cavs to showcase parts where talent meets between arts, music, fashion and basketball.
Further, the brand will gain visibility through in-venue and in-game branding, retail promotions, fan giveaways, and other initiatives.
Cleaveland Clinic
Cleaveland Clinic and the Cleaveland Cavaliers have enjoyed a longstanding relationship, with the former serving as the basketball team’s official official healthcare provider since 1993.
The parties most recently extended their long-term partnership on a multi-year basis in 2017, and the clinic will continue to provide healthcare and medical services for all Cavaliers players and their families. The duties under this partnership will also apply to Cavaliers employees and fans.
This partnership also earned the healthcare institution the naming rights to the Cavs’ player training and development facility.
SeatGeek
The Cleveland Cavaliers and SeatGeek announced a collaboration in November 2020, allowing the digital company to take over as the primary ticket seller for all events at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
