CoinDCX, one of India’s cryptocurrency trading platforms, has been named the Official Title Sponsor of the India-Sri Lanka T20 series. The sponsorship of the T20 Cup by a new generation financial company denotes a growing stage in the Indian economy.

The T20I series between India and Sri Lanka will be known as The CoinDCX T20I Cup and will commence on July 21, 2021, in Sri Lanka. It is part of the Indian team’s trip to Sri Lanka, including three One Day Internationals (ODIs). Shikhar Dhawan will captain the Indian National Team, which will include some of the most intriguing players from the previous IPL, including Surya Kumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw.

While the title sponsorship is making a big splash in Indian cricket, it is also a substantial step forward for CoinDCX in producing widespread exposure and increasing brand recall among young cricket fans. Cryptocurrency as an asset has grown in prominence among the young population, and our sponsorship offers CoinDCX an excellent chance to reach out to prospective investors.

Commenting on the association, Mr Sumit Gupta, CEO & Co-founder of CoinDCX said “Cricket in India is not just a sport; it’s a religion. So naturally, we are very excited to become the Title Sponsor of the T20 Cup. Cricket – particularly the T20 format- offers excellent synergy for our brand as we aim to reach out to more users through this association. Being the country’s largest and safest cryptocurrency exchange, we aim at accomplishing new heights just as the Indian Cricket Team.”

Mr Ashley De Silva, The Chief Executive Officer of Sri Lanka Cricket said, “It’s a buoyant time for Sri Lanka cricket as we welcomed the Indian team for an exciting series, which is going to be competitive as well. Sri Lanka Cricket will also use the T20i series as a platform to prepare for the upcoming T20I world cup. I take this opportunity to thank CoinDCX for its association with this important series.”
