Holger Rune’s Sponsors

Holger Vitus Nødskov Rune is a Danish professional tennis player. As a junior, Rune was ranked as high as World No. 1, winning 10 ITF Circuit titles as well as the 2019 French Open Boys’ title. The 19-year-old turned professional in 2020 and earned a career-high ATP ranking of No. 8 on March 6, 2023.

Rune has already won three ATP titles, including a Masters 1000 title at the 2022 ATP Paris Masters. His best Grand Slam performance came in his debut tournament at the 2022 French Open, where he reached the quarter-final stages before losing to Casper Ruud. 

Following are some of Rune’s sponsorship and endorsement deals.

Nike

The American sportswear and sports equipment giant has a clothing and footwear sponsorship deal in place with Rune, which, as per reports, is a multi-year contract. 

Babolat

Based in Lyon, France, Babolat is the oldest racquet sports company in the world. It has been the racquet sponsor of Holger Rune since his junior ITF days. Currently, Rune uses the Babolat Pure Drive racquet. 

Shamballa Jewels

Shamballa Jewels is a high-end Danish jewellery brand. In 2022, it roped in Rune as a brand ambassador on a multi-year deal.

STATE Drinks

STATE Drinks is a Danish energy drink beverage company based at Hauser Plads in Copenhagen. In March 2022, STATE Drinks and Rune announced their partnership with a social media post on the 19-year-old’s Instagram handle. Rune reportedly signed a three-year deal with STATE Drinks.

PurePower

PurePower is a Danish sports nutrition brand. In December 2021, Rune announced his association with PurePower via his Instagram handle. As per reports, the two have in place a multi-year partnership deal.

Tennium

Global tennis platform Tennium announced the signing Rune in May 2021. As per the official company press release, its vision is to work closely together with players in their development and growth as juniors all the way through their professional careers. Philippe Weiss, the director and the players’ agent of the company, is Rune’s manager. 

PREVIOUS DEALS

Humanostics

Humanostics is a management consulting company and a Predictive Index Certified Partner. In 2019, the Boston-based management firm roped in Rune on a three-year deal, which ran out at the end of 2022.
