English football club Sheffield United has announced a new multi-year partnership with global sportswear and sports accessories brand, adidas which will see adidas join the club as their Official Kit Partner starting from the 2026/27 season onwards. The agreement will see Sheffield United wear adidas supplied match kits, training wear and lifestyle apparel across their men’s, women’s and academy teams.
Stephen Bettis, Chief Executive Officer, Sheffield United, commented,
“adidas is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading brands in our industry and we are delighted to partner with them once again as our preparations for the 2026/27 campaign continue. This is a significant move as we position ourselves as a progressive club and are very confident that United will again enjoy the collaboration with adidas.”
adidas released a statement, which read,
“We’re proud to bring adidas and Sheffield United back together. With a rich history and one of the most passionate fanbases in English football – already closely connected to our brand – we’re excited to build the next chapter together.”
